According to the state of Michigan an assembled 4 wheel vehicle has to have headlights with both high and low beams, turn signals (front and rear), tail ligts, license plate light, brake lights, horn, bright light indicator, windshield wipers and WASHERS, brakes, PARKING BRAKE, seat belts, safety glass (NO PLEXIGLASS), outside rearview mirror, bumpers 14-22 inches above ground level, exhaust (QUIET) and a differential gear. Dune buggies and sand rails are to be assigned assembled vehicles titles according to Sec. of State NOT as any year Volkswagens. This does not include Baja Bugs.
