Did you check out old76's pictures? He built a sand rail with a SRT-4 engine. He's up here by us. I did a back road run with him last year.

I saw old76's. nice. Presently mine is a 002 trans with a 3800 v6. But that may change as the build continues. Looking for an 091trans, and I may go to an ecotec.

V6 is pretty big. How do you keep it all together and the rear from coming around to the front? Look forward to seeing it.

Move stuff around to help balance the car. I'm putting the radiator, fuel tank and battery up front. Also the rear control arms are 3" x 5", moving the rear tires back 5". If I do go to an ecotec engine the main reason will be for the weight. It's about 130lbs lighter with close to the same hp output as the v6.

Hey guys. pretty sick of all this snow. Blew up my snowmobile two weeks ago so now im thinking buggy time.lol How things with you hotrod?? Im looking for a covair motor and trans right now. know anybody that has one??? looking to put some power to the rears this year. Cant wait to pull mine back out and start getting it ready for the spring. Lots of riding this season.
